Over 18 years of international management experience, leading a global service line, successfully delivering complex, critical programs and diligently driving benefits through strong communication, structuring challenges and focusing on results. He developed marketing and service strategies and successfully led its execution with full accountability to P&L and market share. He managed product, capability and service development, ran operational delivery for large accounts effectively and drove a regional channel sales organization for growth.
Roland led international change management & transformation programs in the outsourcing and telco industry. He studied Biochemistry in Vienna and holds a Master Degree in Engineering Management and Enterprise Leadership from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
