Maurizio Taffone

Maurizio Taffone is Senior Director in charge of Worldwide International Markets for Almaviva, the industry leader in “digital made in Italy”. Previously he held the Vice President role at SITA since 2015, following his tenure at Cisco as Managing Director for Cloud and Security solutions in the EMEA Region. With more than two decades worth of experience in international transportation and ICT technologies applied to smart and sustainable mobility, he has established a track record of achievements when it comes to growing and scaling multinational companies, as well as successful start-ups. A graduate of the University of Genoa with an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering, he has attended the executive MBA program at the University of Malta as well as the Leadership Development program at IMD.
