Evan Levine, Managing Director, Head of Transportation & Sustainable Finance, is a 20-year industry veteran and has arranged, structured and financed over $18 billion in infrastructure capital projects in the municipal market, the public-private partnership (“P3”) financing sector and the private capital markets. Evan has developed and executed both public and P3 financings for infrastructure projects all across the United States in the toll road, surface transportation, seaport, mass transit, passenger and freight rail and aviation sectors. Select project owners and issuers include the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the Port of Long Beach California. Evan works at the forefront of brining innovative financial solutions on a public-private partnership basis to a variety of projects including toll road managed lanes, passenger and freight rail projects, mass transit, and seaport terminals and dredging projects. Evan has also executed projects in the renewable energy sector, closing new solar and wind projects across the country including in Ohio and New Jersey. Prior to joining FHN Financial, Evan spent nearly 10-years at Citigroup with stints at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. Evan has also worked for Transportation Developer ASTM North America and Stillwaters Management – a Renewable Energy investor focused on investing in renewable energy and sustainable transportation projects. Evan is actively working with state and local governments, investors and developers to use new opportunities from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act to scale sustainable infrastructure projects such as transit bus and school bus fleet electrification, autonomous vehicle corridors and Energy as a Service P3s. Evan is a graduate of Northwestern University.
