Chloe Hwang

Chloe Hwang is Solution Architect cum Manager in charge of Smart Road (C-ITS) projects for AlmavivA, the industry leader in “digital made in Italy”. For the past 5 years, she also has acted as the Technical Representative for Italy in C-Roads, a joint initiative of European Member States and road operators for harmonized and interoperable deployment of C-ITS services. With a double Doctoral degree in Computer Science from University of Trento, Italy and Innovation & entrepreneurship from European Institute of Technology in Brussels, Belgium, she believes that ICT technologies applied to mobility can greatly contribute to safety & sustainability of future transportation. Before relocating to Italy, she worked as Test Team lead for Asia Region in Microsoft Singapore following the role as a Test engineer in Microsoft Korea.
